While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I encountered behind its entrance was disturbing and far below any standard .

The floorboards were filthy, and a pungent odor of uncleaned spills and neglected washrooms filled the entire bar . Smelling a mixture of urine , a rotting odor and sour vomit . The main bar, which should be the focal point of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and debris that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . The lavatory was in even a more revolting state — spilling over , with a snapped lever and walls covered in what I can only assume was human waste .

Going through other patrons’ reviews and talking to people around , it seems that the level of hygiene (or lack thereof) at this so-called establishment is a well-known flaw . Many customers have reported observing cockroaches darting across the drink station and traces of mice in the basement . For a business that serves drinks , these issues are absolutely intolerable and raise serious concerns about the quality of anything they serve .
